How does it work?

We work closely with you to understand if Melbury Place is right for your financial goals, risk tolerance and time horizons.

At our core Melbury Place is a community of investors, and we make tailored loans to carefully chosen funds and money managers.

This allows our members to have a loan note agreement with Melbury Place that generates fixed rates of return up to 9.25% p.a. based on the amount and term of your loan.

Our guiding principle is ‘sensible financing’. We take a common-sense approach to lending, fully exploring where risks lie and how we can manage them.

We take a hands-on approach to every loan or investment we make. When we consider a new loan or investment, we ensure we only lend to funds that meet our strict criteria.

All loans are structured to maximize security.
This is why our founders have maintained a strong track record of investing for the last 8 years using the model adopted and improved upon by Melbury Place.

Once the loan is in place, we collect all the interest and principal repayments from the fund.

If you would like to be part of Melbury Place and our approach to sensible finance, click below to get in touch or download our investment guide for all the information in one place. So how does it work?

How does the investment process work?

Our investment process is simple and stress-free:

  1. Apply Online: Complete our secure application in minutes.
  2. Personal Consultation: Discuss your goals with your dedicated relationship manager.
  3. Start Earning: Begin receiving monthly interest payments without the need to monitor the markets.
Is my investment secure?

We prioritise the security of your investment and take extensive measures to protect it:

  1. Regulated Partners: We work exclusively with government-regulated investment managers who adhere to strict compliance standards.
  2. Due Diligence: Our investment selection involves thorough research and analysis to mitigate risks.
  3. Bank-Grade Security: We utilise advanced security protocols to safeguard your personal information and investment funds.

However, it's important to understand that all investments carry inherent risks, and returns cannot be guaranteed. While we strive to protect your capital and provide consistent returns, there is always a possibility of loss. We encourage you to review all risk disclosures provided and discuss any concerns with your dedicated relationship manager before investing.

Why are your returns higher than traditional investments?

By focusing on alternative investment sectors like Mobility, Property Development, and Liquid Finance, and operating outside traditional regulatory frameworks, we're able to offer higher returns while maintaining rigorous due diligence and security protocols. Our streamlined operations and innovative investment strategies allow us to pass greater returns on to our clients.

Do I need to actively manage my investment?

No, our 'set and forget' approach means we handle all the investment management for you. You can enjoy high returns without the stress of active involvement or monitoring the markets.
